'Back To Cool' With Pretty Little Thing

At this time of year, many students (including me) are getting ready for the next academic year and with that comes a lot of anxiety! As the first day comes nearer and nearer you worry about all sorts of things! Like what will you wear on your first day!

Prettylittlething.com were kind enough to reach out to me regarding their new 'student style' campaign to get me prepared for college. Prettylittlething.com are such an affordable brand with styles for every shape and size. You can find everything there you need for your back to school wardrobe, whether that be a warm coat for the colder days or some new trainers.

I have three outfits to show you guys, a blend of smart and casual. These outfits were a total of £135, good if you are on a budget or don't want to spend lots on your school clothes.

Outfit One

I put these pieces together for a smart/casual look for more of a colder day.
I love this Burgundy Cropped Puffer Jacket (£28) as it can be dressed up or down. It is super comfy and keeps you warm for those chilly days.  I absolutely love bodysuits, they are a staple in my closet, I love how versatile they are, plus they look great with nearly everything!
This Black Roll Neck Bodysuit (£12) is such a classic piece for me, although I would recommend wearing a black bra if you have one because if you are 'bigger' in your chest area, like me, the material gets quite thin!
I think these Paperbag Trousers (£15) are so cute and love the ruffles and bow on the waist. These trousers are stretchy so don't worry about them not fitting you in some places! It's hard for me to find high waisted bottoms that fit me properly, as I have a small waist but big hips. So these are great for my figure!
I love a pair of fashion trainers to complete a casual look and these Black Chunky Trainers (£25) complete the look. I find that PrettyLittleThing.com shoes run small so I would recommend going one or two sizes up from your normal shoe size. They are really comfy to wear as well as looking stylish.

Outfit Two

For this look, I paired a 2Pac T-shirt dress (£25) with some Black Retro Sunglasses (£10) as well as the same Black Chunky Trainers. I love how this outfit looks, as it looks really well put together but yet effortless. The 2Pac T-shirt dress is really good for a casual day but a day where you still want to look nice. I think the Black Retro Sunglasses complete this outfit.

Outfit Three
For this outfit I went for a casual style again.
I think T-shirt dresses are so effortless but still look great at the same time. This Red Stripe Oversized T-shirt dress (£15) is very much my style. I love the bright red colour, as well as the verticle back and white stripes. As for the shoes these Black Chunky Trainers they go with all different types of looks like the three outfits I have shown you.

Thank you again to PrettyLittleThing.com for reaching out and including me in their 'Student Style' Campaign. I hope this post helped some of you with what to wear on your first day of school/college!

As always,
