How To Have A Good Night Sleep - Survival Guide


 So lately I have been having such good night's sleep, these are the things that I think would help you, have a better night sleep! 

1) Take your makeup off as soon as you get home
This may seem a bit odd but seriously it makes you feel so much more relaxed and clean. I like to use the Liz Earle 'Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser' 

2) Have a hot shower/bath
As I said before when you get home try either have a shower or a bath, it will make you feel so clean and comfortable for any work you need to do! 

3) Get in your PJ's!! 
This is the one thing I absolutely love about coming home after school, getting cosy! There's nothing worse than being stuck in the same clothes all day and staying in the until you go to bed! 

4) Get work done early 
I know it's easy to say but it's horrible being up late trying to finish a paper that has to be done by tomorrow morning! 

5) Have any lights/electronics off 10 - 20 Mins before you sleep 
I know this is boring but it does have its advantages, science has proven that having your phone in your face before you go to sleep can make you more awake.

6) Make sure your bedroom is dark 
This is one of the biggest tips I have, having a darker room to sleep in makes you sleep so much more than if you have the lights on full blast. 

7) Prep your bed 
For me having my bed made before I go to sleep makes me feel so much more put together and relaxed. I also like to spray some lavender spray on my bed, I also spray lavender coconut oil on my face to make me feel more relaxed. These are the ones I like to use. I highly recommend these.
